Beijing Association of New Energy and Renewable Energy(short name:Beijing Association of New Energy), the English name is Beijing Association of New Energy and Renewable Energy(ab. BANERE).
Beijing Association of New Energy and Renewable Energy was founded in Nov.1998.It is a Legal Person in Non-governmental Organization by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs Administration Office approved by the registration of social organizations corporate and is in charge of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Agriculture.
Since it was founded ,with goal of serving for enterprises and institutions,protecting legal rights of enterprises, implementing nation’s policy and laws,promoting construction undertaking of new energy and renewable energy,promoting the sustainable development of new energy and renewable energy in BeiJing city, our association has been strongly propagandaing and implementing nation’s energy source policy and < Renewable Energy Law >,organizing various of forums and seminars and publicity meetings for energy policy more than 100 times. We actively participated in articulating formulating energy law and criterion of nation and BeiJing municipal government,editing < General technical requirements for civilian water heaters >with nation’s standard,< Technical Specification for Construction of solar water heating system >,< villages Residential solar thermal utilization technologies procedures >.< Household biomass stoves General technical requirements >,< Biomass briquette and technical conditions >,< Civil solar water heating system application technical design of order >with BeiJing municipal standard as well as “Policies of the implementation details” and atlas. We try our best to assist relevant departments of municipal government to coordinate and manage the market activiies in the field, provide consultation on development of new energy and renewable energy industry,offer valuable suggestions、research reports and demonstration data for more than 30 copies for related committees and departments, ,and assist to accomplish model Project more than 10. We are on the purpose of serving for enterprises and institutions,carrying out business、technology communication and presentation in the field and other sectors.we have held presentation of product ,communication platform and new product introduction nearly 30 for our members ,offered consultation services of technology in the field on numerous occasions. Besides, we have been organizing industry technical training and successfully held specific job training class such as “biogas production engineering” and ‘utilization of solar energy engineering” for 10 sessions , ,more than 700 workers have been trained.
In recent years, the association expert had often attended many activities such as:the town cadres new energy knowledge training organized by Beijing Agriculture Commission, renewable energy public letcure organized by Beijing Municipal Construction Commission, the Beijing Olympic project, the new rural construction demonstration project feasibility studies, acceptance of the assessment etc. Which has made a great contribution to the development and utilization, the advance of technology level, the industrial sustainable development of Beijing new energy and renewable energy, the achievement of energy saving & emmission reduction strategies objective, Green Olympics, the construction of new socialist countryside,
